Light grey in colour these are the hulled seed of Australian grown sunflowers. These seeds are great for sprinkling in salads, stir-fries, muesli or trail mixes. A delightful ingredient for cooking, especially cakes, muffins and biscuits. Enjoy raw or lightly oven roasted for a slight toasted flavour. These sunflower seeds have not been heat treated.
